One year and sven months without time to post anything or to work on my F3F activities.
I guess this will not change in the near future.
So I decided to stop the work on this blog project for another period of undefined time, maybe forever and to use all of my limited free time for slope flying and the resultant repair sessions ;-) ...
After 274 posts and 50.000 unique accesses it was a great time.
Thank you to all of you!
All the best, always enough lift and at least 1inch/cm air under your glider - you never know, maybe we'll see each other again at a F3F contest, on this or maybe on an other blog or on a RC related forum...
Fly fast!
Site is closed!
Good pilots don't need an engine!
Addicted to R/C gliders for decades
Mostly away on flat land thermal flying,
but real passion is fast slope flying.

Family related liabilities
Because of family related liabilities I have no time for flying or buildung since October.
I worry that this will not change during 2013 season...
After selling most of my mouldies and crashing my beloved Typhoon finally it is for sure that I will not attend any contests this year.
In other words: it will be continuing quite on this site for the next months.

Alula photo and midwinter
George from Dream-Flight asked me whether they can use the photo of my Alula for their company Facebook page.
The photo was taken by my wife during my last slope session at Wasserkuppe end of October.
You see, I really hate the time from end of October until midwinter...

Very good job woman :-)! Way to go!
Another thing to celebrate:
TODAY is MIDWINTER
Now days become a little bit longer every day and therefor the time comes closer where I can fly on and off before or after work - "only" 7 or 8 weeks to wait! You see, I really hate the time from end of October until midwinter...
